Wild Ridge is led by the Developer, Jack Kruesi, and his associates. We work together to make sure that Wild Ridge represents a combined passion we all share for nature, and the desire to recapture and combine the unique feel of Olde Town and Summertown on Signal Mountain.

Wild Ridge is surrounded by 113 acres with multiple access points to enjoy and explore nature.

Julie shares Jack’s love of conservation and the great outdoors. In 2007, Julie worked with Jack for several years on the Bluff Creek phase of Fox Run. She joined the Wild Ridge Team in 2012. She brings more than 20 years of experience in environmental and land conservation efforts to this project.

Penny has worked with Jack for over 30 years. Penny has an intense love for nature and wilderness and shares that passion with her co-workers on the Wild Ridge Development team.
