Where is Wild Ridge Located?

Wild Ridge is located approximately 1.25 miles northeast of the new Signal Mountain Middle/High School and Nolan Elementary on Shackleford Ridge Road.

Will my children be able to attend the highly rated Signal Mountain Schools?

Yes. Children will be able to attend Nolan or Thrasher Elementary and Signal Mountain Middle/High School.

How big is Wild Ridge at Fox Run?

Wild Ridge is located on 124 acres. There will be 199 home sites and over 52% green space. There is also an additional 51-acre nature park that adjoins to Wild Ridge, which was set aside by the developer during an earlier phase at Fox Run.

Does Wild Ridge Have an HOA?

Yes. HOA fees are currently: $250 per year in the Cottages & $970 per year in the Retreat. The HOA fees in the Retreat covers specific yard maintenance.

What does "Cottage", "Retreat" & bungalows mean?

These are different home sizes. The "Cottages" are the largest - usually 4 to 5 bedrooms. The "Retreat" homes are more like Patio Homes - around three bedrooms. The "Bungalows" will be the smallest footprint home in Wild Ridge with two bedrooms - around 1,250 square feet.

When will the next phase be ready?

Utilities are being installed in Phase 2B - which will have 14 Retreat Homes. The road should be paved by the Spring of 2024 & home construction will begin then.
